A Shore Friendly Living Workshop

The Shore Friendly program of the Northwest Straits Foundation and Whatcom County Marine Resources Committee are hosting a FREE workshop and guided beach walk for shoreline landowners.

Join us with our guest speaker Andrea MacLennan of Herrera Environmental Consultants.

Workshop topics include shoreline specific approaches to:

Coastal Processes
Alternatives to Bulkheads
Sea Level Rise
Vegetation & Stormwater Management

Workshop: 10:30am-12pm

Location: Point Roberts Community Center

Beach Walk*: 12:15pm-1:15pm

Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Bringing a sack lunch is encouraged.
